OMG, where have I been since August 2009? I know I've been very busy so here's a few of the things I've been up to; successfully completed my university degree course, bought a caravan at Pease Bay (which we use at every opportunity) got a new job following a huge re-structure at work, squeezed in a few holidays and had a 60th birthday. That, plus precious time spent with friends and family has kept me away from blog world.
Tidying out my craft room a few weeks ago I was concerned about the amount of paper and card in my 'bit box' however speaking to crafting friends I realise it's part and parcel of the hobby that is paper crafting! To that end I've again resolved to use it up before acquiring more (which I think may be easier said than done) by entering a few challenges which are out there in the blogging world.
I've almost completed my first challenge card which I intended entering in the Crafters Companion Challenge No 8 but circumstances have dictated otherwise following a slip and slide in the snow on Friday night. Ironic that I was plastered before I had my first drink! Hopefully I can add the finishing touches despite my hand and arm being encased in a rather fetching plaster of Paris creation.
